The Challenge
Trips were extraordinary; the booking experience was not. Route options lived in PDFs and email threads, and travellers could not see how one journey differed from another.
Applied System
We mapped how travellers actually decide — season, pace, landscape, comfort — and turned those decisions into the structure of the product instead of a filter bolted onto a list.
Design System & UX Decisions
A journey-first platform where each route unfolds visually from day to day, with practical detail layered in only when the traveller asks for it.
Intended Impact
The experience is designed to let visitors explore route, travel season and experience preferences more clearly before getting in touch — aiming for a more natural, better-informed transition from inspiration to planning.
